All massages last for one full hour (or 90 mn ). However for your first visit please arrive 20 min. before your appointment so as to fill up the consultation form. (which helps making sure the massage you will receive is in accordance with your expectations and health condition).

For returning clients, just come 10 minutes before your treatment. You can take your time after the massage & enjoy a hot drink.
